Terrible and rude service. According to website they are open 24 hours. In reality I came at 11:30 pm and was only drive-thru open, doors closed. They refused to service, I needed to go back to the car and do drive-thru
Rude staff who prefer to yell at customers, and they advertise 24 hour lobby service, but close unexpectedly with no signage to warn you so you don't put your shoulder out when you try to open the door.
Long lines, long wait time, order is usually incorrect. Had one sever named Delvie who barely put any cream cheese on one side of my bagel. Asked if I could have it on both sides, she took it and added 2 large blobs on each side then handed it back to me! Tried to be patient with all the trainees but I'm very unhappy with my experience and service at this location.
The service in-store is atrocious at night. Long waits, one person at the counter taking orders, payments and making sandwiches, etc. If you want service you have to go through the drive through. In-store at 10:45 pm it usually takes me 15 to 20 minutes to get a coffee and pastry.
Tonight I ordered a latte and when I got to work discovered some sort of coffee sludge with no milk. When I tried to call the store to tell them their latte machine might not be working (it hadn't been working the night before either) no one answered the phone.
