I purchased windows and a patio door around three years ago from Euro-Tech. I am very satisfied with the result and the performance of the product. I needed service twice and I received it in a very quick and professionally manner. I stand by the product I bought. They look great and preform the same as the day I got them installed. I recommend their products to everyone I know.
I purchased Windows two and a half years ago. I'm very satisfied with these Products. I did have a problem with one of the glass units. The service was done promptly and i was very satisfied. I recommended Euro - Tech to two other friends that are as satisfied as I am. I would personally recommend Euro - Tech to anyone Alex the Installer did a fantastic Job.
The company improperly installed the windows. I have tried to place service calls and they rarely answer the phone or return voice messages. When they do answer they say they need to check with the factory and then they do not call back.
This company has very poor service. Would not recommend going with them. Since paying for the job (windows and doors) I have not been able to get them back to my house for assistance.
