I have been going to this restaurant from day 1 when they opened and I had never had an issue with a meal, however last night we ordered salmon and it was way too salty. I couldn't eat it and was embarrassed to complain but the owner had no issues taking the plates back and preparing from scratch with no salt at all. I know it's a difficult time for restaurants and this was just another reason I will still dine here & recommend it to everyone. They care about their customers, food & reputation. Read more

Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in. We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots. Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience. We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again. Read more

I love the Asiago Quesadilla...it is a meal by itself. The crab dumplings are very good, and if it was real crab, they would be at least twice the price, so I am not quite sure why there are people complaining. We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Simcoe last night and this was recommended as the best breakfast in town. It was a good breakfast but didn't live up to that recommendation. Coffee was very good; service was very quick. Very quick but our order was still served good. The waitress was very good about getting it heated up when we explained it was cold.
