My mom and I and my 2 boys went early on a Sat. night, I was very pleased with the service, the decor, the menu, we both got the roast beef and the shrimp appetizer, both were awesome, the shrimp were huge, the meat cooked to perfection to what we had asked for, yorkshire pudding, fresh vegetables cooked right, homemade mashed potatoes, the boys ate of the kids menu which I was surprised they even had as it looks fine dining when you walk in, the chicken fingers and fries were delicious. The waiters treated us very kindly and were very attentive, when they found out it was my birthday dinner they brought out cake and sang, when we were leaving the place was packed, perhaps an upscale crowd judging by the fancy cars in the parking lot, they also have a separate lounge and outdoor patio, both very nice and comfortable and a sign that said free h'ors doeurves from 4 - 6 during the week, I'm definitely going back and would highly recommend this restaurant. Good things are worth waiting for! The food here was AMAZING and likely the best Middle Eastern cuisine in Toronto. And being Middle Eastern and quite critical of Middle Eastern cuisine myself, take my word for it. The Filet Mignon and Chicken are incredibly moist and tender. MUST HAVES !!! Hummous and Baba Ganoush were just barely behind my moms! We've held two medium size functions in this restaurant (20-30 people) including a baptism. We were initially worried about pleasing everyone (its rare that EVERYONE really enjoys the food anywhere), however, that was the case BOTH TIMES! Italians, Greeks and Arabs, ALL LOVED IT. I recently read some so so reviews and felt it was important to share our own experiences so that others would have the opportunity to taste the food and not be deterred. I've only been here for the lunch buffet and I recommend it. The wait staff are helpful and the ambiance is first class. The buffet is a great way to experience Afghan food. They usually have spinach, chick peas, lentils, eggplant, potatoes, etc. in addition to the kabobs. When I've been there, they usually offer a couple types of chicken kabobs and two types of meat kabobs. There are usually over ten different choices, so you get a wide assortment of well-prepared and healthful dishes. Of all the vegetables, the eggplant is my favorite. I've taken a few people here and everybody has enjoyed the experience. One guy even said it was his best dining experience ever. Read more

I rated this Keg a 4 but that is a balance of infleucnes because there is a good side and a down side. The good: the cleavage OR the mini-skirts. Notice that checking out some cleavage on young ladies or short skirts is pure entertainment and super. BUt for some very strange reason no waitress has both of them. Its either this or that. What is the story? I dont know. The girls with cleavage have pants, the girls in minis have no cleavage. STRANGE> the other down side is the kids. People, if you have three kids can you ask them to stay at home or leave their baseball caps at home? this is a high class restaurant. There is a burger place around the corner did you mean to take them there? I am not going to come back and order alcohol if there are kids around.
