Excellent service as both father and son (Kul) are very dedicated to finding the best rates for their customers. Slowly switching all of my insurance needs over. Very efficient, very informative and most importantly, very honest! I'd recommend them a million times to all of my friends and family :)
Went there to get a quote for truck insurance with my boyfriend (he goes here regularly). Were very friendly and nice to deal with; seem to know what they are talking about and provided me with all the options on coverage (and to keep the payments low). Even watched another agent put the new car insurance sticker on for an elderly lady; wow talk about service. Think i will come and see them again. A+.
I was recommending this place to all my friends. But now I don’t. Recently, I went to get my auto insurance renewed. But I did not get the kind of service I had been getting from them for last 5 years. The lady in the counter even didn’t know that I was an existing customer. What I am not happy with them is their tone of words and lack of clarity in explanations. I have switched to a different Insurance broker to get my all insurance needs. (Not only auto but also Home and travel)
I am sorry to hear that you did not get the very best of service that you were used to. I can only imagine that this happened because you had our newest representative and who was also new in the business. We are usually able tell to who our regular customers are. I can’t explain the tone but I have taken up with everyone that works Prime Insurance to remember that if were not for our customers we would not a job.

A place that cares about their customers
I have been going to this ICBC Autoplan agent for a long time, it is situated in a convenient location near Safeway and open late daily. They always go through the insurance making sure that I have the correct coverage and discounts . I hate parting with my hard earned cash but insurance is necessary and there is no one better than Prime Insurance to hand the cash over to. I can recommend this place to everyone.
